This is certainly not the cheapest nattokinase supplement available, but it gives every appearance of being a well-made and serious one. It's supplied... in individual daily packets, each containing 8 tablets with a waxy coating on the outside — enteric coating helps with absorption, presumably — and no unpleasant flavor or odor at all. They're easy to swallow and seem like a great way to experiment with the health benefits of natto without, well, having to eat the nasty stuff. A good choice.  Show more

I'm likely among a small % of US longer-term biz visitors to Japan that fell in love with breakfast natto & rice ... every morning. The strange slimy stuff is an umami delight. It's only in int'l catering West Coast hotel breakfast buffets, particularly in Seattle, that I've found the freshly cultured comparable natto. Natto made me feel better. I've been unsuccessful in trying to culture natto here in TX. So, I rely on the nattokinase supplement.The compounding of fucoidan and nattokinase is ideal. The typical, high-grade Japanese packaging is interesting. The usual capsule is replaced by small, sweet-tasting pellets more easily swallowed.
