Umeken offers two types of gift cards:

• Physical Gift Card: A plastic card that can be purchased and used at Umeken corporate stores, through our call center, or online.
• Digital (eGift) Card: A virtual card delivered via email or text message, which can be used the same way as physical cards.

Both card types follow the same terms and can be used interchangeably where Umeken gift cards are accepted.

You can load a gift card with any value between $10 and $1,000, in $5 increments.

Umeken Gift Cards can be used at:

• Umeken.com • Umeken corporate stores • Umeken Call Center at 1-888-941-3311

They cannot be used at third-party retailers or websites.
You can check your balance in three ways:

• Visit umeken.com/balance-giftcard • Call our customer service at 1-888-941-3311 • Ask in person at any Umeken corporate store

No. Umeken Gift Cards never expire and are not subject to any fees, including maintenance or inactivity fees.

No. All gift card purchases, including digital gift cards, are final and non-refundable.

During checkout on our website, simply select the eGift Card option and enter the recipient’s email address or mobile number. You can also include a personal message.
