So, antioxidants are good, right? I figured I'd give these a try (that and I love plums). They're very small balls in a relatively large (for medicati... on) jar. The tiny balls remind me of medicine I've had in Japan, which is no surprise since this is from Japan. There's a little scoop to help measure out the ten pills you're to take each day (with water), and a small container so you can carry some with you. They're very tart, which I like. I've been taking them for over a month and haven't noticed any changes in my health or overall well-being, but maybe it takes longer. If I notice anything at three months, MAYBE I'll consider buying these. They're not cheap, but at least it's a three month supply. It would have to be one heck of an improvement, though.
