Rich source of both fucoidan and nattokinase. If you've looked this far, you're likely aware of the Japanese/Taiwanese fucoidan immune/inflammation re... search.Nattokinase is another sort of supplement benefit. I'm likely among a small % of US longer-term biz visitors to Japan that fell in love with breakfast natto & rice ... every morning. The strange slimy stuff is an umami delight. It's only in int'l catering West Coast hotel breakfast buffets, particularly in Seattle, that I've found the freshly cultured comparable natto. Natto made me feel better. I've been unsuccessful in trying to culture natto here in TX. So, I rely on the nattokinase supplement.The compounding of fucoidan and nattokinase is ideal. The typical, high-grade Japanese packaging is interesting. The usual capsule is replaced by small, sweet-tasting pellets more easily swallowed.
