I used Pure Encapsulations Natto (NSK) and worked well...so I thought, heck, this will work even better from Japan and has the seaweed compounds (Fuco... idan) in it as well. No effect at all for me. My BP went right back up. Natto works awesome to lower your BP, but for some reason this stuff did nothing for me.  Show more
