一共有60包，每天服用两包的话，足够一个月用。药材成分有五种：魔鬼爪藤、猫爪藤、柳树皮提取物、柠檬马鞭草叶提取物和橄榄叶提取物。这些小药丸体积小巧，很容易吞咽。不得不说，服用一段时间后，我的关节感觉明显好多了。
There are 60 packets which is one month's supply when I take two packets a day. There are five herbs including; Devil's claw, cats claw, extract from Willows Tree Bark, Lemon Verbena Leaf extract and olive leaf extract. The little pills are very easy to swallow because of their small size. I will have to say after taking these for some time now, my joints feel noticeably better.

其他对关节有益的产品有一股臭味，但这款产品并不难闻，而且鸡蛋又小又方便。其实我不知道效果，因为我还没有坚持服用。
관절에 좋은 다른 제품들은 냄새가 역한데 이제품은 역하지도 않고 알도 작고 편리해요. 사실 아직까지 꾸준하게 먹고 있지를 않아서 효과는 모르겠네요.
