These are literally little brown balls about the size of BB pellets. They come packaged in individual packets containing 4 balls each that you take on... ce a day. I would recommend swallowing them whole. Do not chew them since they taste pretty nasty. They are small enough to swallow whole with no aftertaste or odor.These combine several key extracts that are beneficial for liver health. It is too early to tell the results yet. Having said that, I like how they remind me of the traditional Asian medicine that combines pure and raw ingredients into an unique form for consumption. These balls taste just as nasty as the raw ingredients, which usually means they are as pure and potent as the raw stuff.Overall, I like this supplement. The packets are convenient and easy to take with me when I travel. There are 60 packets in total, so this is a 60-day supply. The quality seems really good. Mine has a best before date of about 30 months from now. Made in Japan. At $2.33 per serving, they are pretty pricey. I'll have to finish this and see how good it is. I'm giving it 4 stars for now.
