我来自日本，所以我对日本产品有信心。我便秘很多，除非我使用栓剂，否则我无法排便，通常为 4-5 天，甚至 7 天。然而，尤其是服用纳豆激酶和黑洋葱后，排便自然会在 3 天内发生。我真的认为我会活下去。
